James Shields is a Devil Ray

And James Anthony Shields is 3-0 and has already beat Texas this year and the Rangers are in Tampa tonight and Shields is pitching. Hopefully, the off-day yesterday will inspire a turnaround. It looks like the Devil Rays will have some roster moves coming up this week as the best new Japanese player in baseball (we know you don’t know his name and we’re not telling you.) is coming off the DL. Carlos Pena is playing well and complicating things for the Devil Ray’s brass.

The Red Sox won again last night and are off to their best start in years. Tumbling Dice pitched a complete game (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.) and once again, they burped up a bunch of late-inning runs. It can’t last, though.
