Randy Moss is not a Devil Ray

The Red Sox have been knocked below the fold by the recent Patriot’s signing of Randy Moss. Boston is divided into 2 camps and their sparring is the only thing to be heard on sports radio. Good signing. Bad Signing. The only thing that people seem to agree on is that Randy Moss has some issues. The problem here isn’t Randy Moss, it’s Tom Brady. Moss thrives when his QB has a cannon for an arm, and Brady doesn’t. So, forget character, this is a mismatch on a practical level. I’ve always wondered why the Patriots have stayed away from having a game-breaking receiver, is it because their QB can’t dish the longball? I mean, I could count on one hand the number of long pases I remember Brady making over the last 5 years, and don’t remember one from last year at all. JESUSCHRISTSCHILLING pitches tonight.
